Jim Keaty is the owner and Broker of Keaty Real Estate, established in 2004. Jim graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a minor in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder in

2002 and then graduated from American Real Estate College in Westminster, Colorado in 2003.

In addition to his active involvement in the real estate industry, he is vigorously involved in our local and state Realtor associations and has a passion for serving his local community including serving on the

board and as President for the Faith House Women

Jim was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana and is married to Danielle Chastant Keaty. Together they have three beautiful children. His relentless dedication to his community and the people around him

was instilled in him by his parents Dr. William Keaty, DDS and The Honorable Phyllis Keaty. Above all else, Jim is a dedicated husband, father, and son and loves to spend time with his family.

Amy is from Breaux Bridge, La and joined our team in October of 2019!   She is a graduate of UL Lafayette with a Bachelor's Degree is Business Management.  She spent about 20 years in the corporate America realm before making the transfer to our team!  Since joining our team, Amy has become as Licensed Real Estate agent.  Her favorite part about her job is meeting new people!  In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and friends! 

DeMarcus is from Mansura, Louisiana and recently obtained his Real Estate License!  He joined our team in April of 2023 as a Leasing Agent!  DeMarcus enjoys interacting with everyone around him!  In his free time, he enjoys reading books and spending time with his family! 

Originally from Carencro, LA, Raelyn became a License Real Estate Agent in 2022! She has recently joined our Property Management team as a Leasing Agent! Raelyn loves meeting and interacting with new people! When she is not working, Raelyn enjoys spending time with her daughter!

Originally from New Iberia, La, Bev has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years! With her vast knowledge in real estate and a desire to genuinely help others, Bev has been a great asset to our team as a Leasing Agent and front desk associate! In her spare time, Bev enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family!

Shelly is from Lafayette, LA and is currently at student at UL Lafayette, majoring in Business Management! Shelly enjoys working with clients to help them determine exactly what they are looking for - and helping to make their dreams a reality! In her free time, Shelly enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys photography as a hobby!

Joshua is originally from Mount Airy, La and currently resides in Lafayette, LA!  He graduated from Southeast College of Technology with an Associateand Electronic Engineering.  Joshua joined our team in February of 2022 as a maintenance technician.  Since that time, Joshua has been promoted to Maintenance Supervisor and oversees our entire maintenance department!  His favorite thing about this job is being able to help both owners and tenants!  Joshuafavorite past time is spending time outdoors with his wife and four children!
